Tarmo Haus OÜ has been established in August 2010 by Mr. Tarmo Suurvärav. The company is based on Estonian capital and its target market is the European Economic Area. The company’s principal activity constitutes the construction and repairs of residential and non-residential buildings. We provide long-lasting construction solutions for new buildings and houses which are already in use. Our main emphasis is on buildings with wooden carcasses and apartment renovation projects. Tarmo Haus OÜ is an environmentally friendly company that carefully selects the best solutions for people’s wellbeing while concentrating on the environment.

The company organises environmental working bees. The working bees concentrate on the upkeep of the shores of the West Estonian islands, primarily Hiiumaa and the small islands and islets around it. During working bees we collect trash from the sea shores and send it for recycle process.
The goal of the undertaking for the upcoming years (2026 - 2028)  is to develop into a more better structured and growing company. Our multi layer international experience only raises our strength and knowhow. We wish to be innovative, value cleaner and offer healthier living space in our activities.
